Implement exec subcommand

Continuing from the latest checkpoint, the following features need to be implemented:

• Map qemu-user binaries into containers
• Map ssh-agent socket into containers
• Use nest DNS in containers
• Add systemd-nspawn support
• Refactor podman command from String to Array
• Write documentation
