This is a backwards compatible bugfix & minor feature release.
Versions 2.4.1-2.4.4 were not formally released, and are buggy.
* Fix rebuild command, which sometimes was empty.
* Allow override of emerge command for rebuild.
* Cleanup /etc/portage/package.* for packages being removed.
