For some reason puppet doesn't like them being named the same as the modules
we're referencing.

This should simplify our depgraph in puppet quite a bit as we don't need to use
require.

This ensures the package always gets rebuilt after a useflag changes.

This will return the profile name using eselect.

We don't need these anymore with the parameterized class.

* Move all the directory requires outside of defines
* Require $source/$content in some cases

This ensures that the make.conf is updated BEFORE emerge is run. God this is so
much easier to do than in cfengine :-)

This will hopefully be replaced via layman someday.

This should simplify this module a bit and rename the define to just
gentoo::makeconf.

Added support for comments, and using templates instead of direct content to
help organize the data better.

This bypasses the resource as a temporary measure since its broken. This just
creates defines to copy files like we do now.

If no keywords are present, then deal with it correctly.
