Introduce a new custom script, beadm, modeled after the one from
Solaris, to manage and activate ZFS boot environments.  This will be
used to perform safe image-based updates.

Avoid pulling in a circular dependency between freetype and harfbuzz.
Plymouth is only used in Nest for console I/O multiplexing, not
graphical capabilities.

Ensure zfs is managed before virt-viewer is installed.  Also, clean up
obsolete class dependencies.

libvirt is pulled in as a library dependency for libvirt client
programs.  It is nice to have the same USE flags for the dependency
usage and the service usage so it only gets built into a binary once.

Raises error saying there is no max_files parameter.

This reverts commit 86bbc21b.

The change to Puppet 6.1.0 to automatically reload systemd on unit
changes isn't working for this service.  Doesn't hurt to be explicit
with this.

iwd was being stopped prematurely during shutdown causing other services
which properly depend on network.target and network-online.target to
hang.  This fix, making iwd depend on dbus.service explicitly, is not
intuitive, but it is what NetworkManager.service does and it works.

Avoid long delays in systemd-networkd-wait-online for a carrier that may
never come.

This reverts commit 99a52644.

Will prefer to monitor systemd-networkd instead.

This reverts commit d6aac4c7.

Otherwise the console font isn't retained during framebuffer changes,
such as those observed on Raspberry Pi at boot.

The xattrs are especially important for filecaps needed by
/sbin/unix_chkpwd.
