Ensure zfs is managed before virt-viewer is installed.  Also, clean up
obsolete class dependencies.

Raises error saying there is no max_files parameter.

It is no longer installed as part of the package around version 1.6.

It has been removed from my systems and Portage.

The container is too slow to launch.  Install natively to /opt and add
it to workstation builds.

It is failing after removing the ebuild from the overlay.

First step towards solving #31.

Not going to spend another 24 hours building Chromium just to enable
this feature.

Define a custom package type that supports specifying whether a package
is in the world set.  This will let classes be more decoupled, like
plasma and pipewire, by definining deselected packages more closely to
where they're managed.

And prepare to move the config into dotfiles.

Prepare for standardizing on urxvt and foot.

Don't add it to the `terminals` template because it is Wayland only.
Sway will be configured to use foot directly.

Let Chromium be built on its own in a separate project.

Still seeing some occasional segfaults in Mesa, and I'm not convinced
it's faster than the OpenGL compositor on this platform.

Since moving all non-world package USE flags to the overlay, this
defined type can be reconfigured to only work on world packages.

Bootstrap will eventually be moved into a CI process.

This reverts commit 445a973b.

The Gentoo Haskell project only provides bootstrapping binaries for
AMD64, with the exception of version 8.6.5, which has binaries for most
architectures.  Install that one first, then bootstrap an updated GHC
from there.  Do this in the xmonad class because that's the only thing
that requires and pulls in GHC.  If that changes, move GHC to its own
class.

Let's give this one more try with some revised container ulimits.
