Bugfixes following migration to git-based kernel trees, native builders

Bump release to version 0.5.3.

Fixes include:

  • updater: Update kernel rsync to handle new git-based trees
  • updater: Use cached catalog on second Puppet run
  • installer: Disable atime on ROOT datasets
  • runtime: Fix bug when qemu is not present
